Due to the nature of dental and healthcare products, our return and refund practices are designed to ensure safety, hygiene, and regulatory compliance while maintaining customer satisfaction.

1. Scope of Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to:
Dental care products purchased directly from GenNext Dental Lounge (in-clinic or via our website).
Prepaid dental service packages, where applicable.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged once sold:
Opened or used dental care products
Customized dental appliances (e.g., retainers, aligners, mouthguards, dentures)
Personal hygiene items
Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or handling

3. Eligible Returns

Returns may be accepted under the following conditions:
The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
The return request is raised within 48 hours of purchase or delivery.
A valid invoice or proof of purchase is provided.
GenNext Dental Lounge reserves the right to inspect the product before approving any return.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect:
Notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Share photographs and invoice details via email or WhatsApp.
After verification, we will offer replacement or store credit, depending on product availability.

5. Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued through the original mode of payment.
Shipping or delivery charges (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

6. Cancellation of Orders

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.
Once dispatched, cancellations are not permitted and the standard return policy will apply.

7. Dental Services & Treatment Packages

Fees for completed dental consultations, procedures, or treatments are non-refundable.
For prepaid treatment packages, refunds (if any) will be calculated based on the services already utilized and administrative costs.
Appointment cancellations or rescheduling should be made at least 24 hours in advance.
