This Return & Refund Policy applies only to tangible dental products purchased directly from GenNext Dental Lounge through our clinic or website.
Note: Dental consultations, treatments, procedures, and other professional services are not sold online and are not covered under this policy.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged once sold:
Opened or used dental care products
Customized or made-to-order dental appliances (e.g., retainers, aligners, mouthguards, dentures)
Personal hygiene products
Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or handling
3. Eligible Returns
Returns may be accepted only if:
The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
The return request is raised within 48 hours of purchase or delivery
A valid invoice or proof of purchase is provided
GenNext Dental Lounge reserves the right to inspect the product before approving any return.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect:
Notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product
Share photographs along with invoice details via email or WhatsApp
After verification, we will offer a replacement or store credit, depending on product availability.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
Refunds will be issued through the original mode of payment
Shipping or delivery charges (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
6. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund
Once dispatched, cancellations are not permitted. Customers must follow the standard return process after delivery if eligible.
